Dar "Darori" is an authentic and well preserved 17/18th century Arab-Andalusian house, with its large fountain, high colorful doors and incredible perspectives just to the sky.
The intimacy of the location and the warmth of the welcome make Darori Resto a privileged location to savour all the refinement of Moroccan culture and gastronomy.
It was Amina who set up and manage the restaurant and came up with the idea of calling it Darori! (which means ‘obviously’).
It was Guilhem who refurbished and decorated the premises...
All Our loyal team (Khaoulae, Simo and Hamza), along with our Head Chef (Hannan) and her assistants, are committed to providing you with a memorable morrocan traditional meal
All our dishes, including our breads and cookies are made at home daily with the best ingredients of the local market and evolve with the passing of the four seasons.

The dar "Darori" is wright in the center of the old medina,
and just a stone's throw from its new parking, or “petit taxis” coming from the “New City” or Bab Boujloud (the Blue Gate).
